the farmhouse

The building was originally a farmhouse. It has two floors: at groud-floor your can find the reception and the room where we serve our breakfasts. At first floor you'll find our comfortable bedrooms. In front of the building there is a large lawn where you can relax on open air and also an independent car park.

the name

"Frà" means "monk" in Piedmontese language and it's the colloquial name for an ancient tool used mostly in coutryside houses until the second half of the twentieth century to stay warm in the bed during the cold winter nights. This ancient bed warmer was simply a cast iron container in which people put embers coming from the fireplace.

We've got an original one! If you are curious to see it, come to our farmhouse!
